Introduction:
This lecture focuses on the discussion of problems that researchers in the power electronics field usually encounter in academic writing. It shows students how to write a journal article in a professional, rigorous and inspiring manner.
Lecturer:Prof. Xi-nan Zhang
Xinan Zhang obtained the bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University, both in electrical engineering. He is now an associate professor and the portfolio lead in industry engagement for the School of Engineering in the University of Western Australia. He leads the power and clean energy research group together with IEEE fellow Herbert Iu. Xinan has been working in the areas of power electronics, electrical drives and microgrids for over 12 years. He serves as the Associate editors of IEEE transactions on Power Electronics and IET Energy Conversion and Economics.
