Recently, the research paper of An LCC-type Bridgeless Continuous Input Current Charge Pump PFC Converter written by undergraduate Lv Run-ze,was submitted to IEEE IECON 2020 and accepted as an oral report in mid-October.

The IEEE IECON (Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society) held by the International Society of Industrial Electronics, is one of the important academic conference in the field of power electronics, togethersfamous experts, researchers, and scholars to share cutting-edge technologyand innovative solutions, with focusonthe contemporary themes ofelectronics, control, manufacturing, communication and computing intelligence, etc.

Previously Lv Run-ze published another two papers, “Analysis and Design of Series Resonance Current Source Charge Pump PFC Converter”, published in Proceedings of the CSEEin March 2020 as the third author, and“Analysis and Design of Bridgeless Continuous Input Current Charge Pump PFC Converter” issued in SCI journals, IEEE Access as the first author in July.

After studying in the major of Power Electronics and Power Transmission in the School of Electrical Engineering, Lv Run-ze took the initiative to contact Professor Xu Jian-ping and joined his research team. Under the careful guidance of Professor Xu, Lv Run-ze completed the analysis and design of the PFC converter. After prototype production and debugging, the validity of the theory was verified by experiments. Through more than a year of research, he exerted a tremendous fascination on power electronics research and expressed his great gratitude to Professor Xu.
