l 设备工程师实习生/Equipment Engineer Intern
工作职责:
-调试设备以满足生产工艺的需求
-对设备的参数进行监控分析并且适时做出避免生产异常的措施
-保持并且提升设备性能，以满足生产制造的需求

职位描述:

-生产周期研究和分析；

l 生产计划专员实习生/Planner Intern
职位描述:
生产计划专员负责产品的制造计划与管理的各个方面。执行和协调不同生产阶段产品的生产规划和调度工作，从而完成生产进度计划、劳动负荷和容量要求。根据时间计划表，确定材料和部件的要求，以确保满足生产要求。
生产计划专员需要用一个高效的方式，使得各部门之间的工作按计划进行。同时，需详细的记录各个生产参数，包括所有的生产状态和出货时间期。最后，确保满足客户生产需求。
岗位职责：
-收集总部划分的生产需求，并交付出货计划;
-密切跟踪并采取必要的行动，以确保计划的按时完成;
-快速响应客户的需求，包括紧急产品调控，报表制度，优先级安排等；
-生产指标的监测和报告；
-当生产线出现了不可预期的风险，需与其它部门协调来解决生产计划问题(工程部，物流，质量管理等)。

-负责各种封装形式的电子组件操作；

-协助跟踪质量问题以及内外部审核缺失相关的纠正预防措施执行状况

- Capital and expense projects execution in support of safety, reliability, quality, environmental and cost objective.
- Ensuring system operating reliably
- Overlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget and schedule.
- Manage technical, administrative, financial, schedule aspects, strategic communications, and customer stakeholder relationships during the execution of various facilities projects.
- Technician and operators training;
Job Requirements:
- 2019 Bachelor degree or above on electrical engineering background;
- Familiar with electrical related system include generator& UPS& VFDs;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English and Chinese;

Job Description:
- Mechanical system management include Clean Room (MAU新风系统, FFU高效过滤系统), Chiller Water（冷冻水系统）, Compressor Dry Air (CDA)（空压系统）, Process Vacuums (PV)（工艺设备真空系统）, Process Cooling Water (PCW)（工艺设备冷却水系统）, Exhaust（抽风系统）and HVAC system（普通空调系统）.

l 控制工程师实习生/Control Engineer Intern
Job Description:
- Control system management includes PLC (programmable logic controller), SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition), Facilities network, SCADA servers and process related temperature/humidity/pressure transmitters and flow meters etc.
- PLC and SCADA program, trouble shooting. Collaborate with IT to maintain the servers and network. SFC (Statistical Factory Control) chart establish and publish to website for related engineers review.
- Collaborate with related system engineers and operations to optimal alarms descriptions, priority and etc.
- Work out and execute the controls project roadmap.
- Work on teams to improve yield, throughput and cycle time and process uptime improvement.
